CHILDREN

Our mission is to partner with families and the congregation to develop each child’s faith in Jesus Christ as a child of God. The youngest members of our faith community enjoy a great diversity of programs that teach Christian values and promote community.

SUNDAY SCHOOL

POWER ZONE
Sunday School is for children 3 years through grade 6.  All children are welcome to join us during 11am worshio (Fall 2008) for a fun time exploring Bible stories in a variety of different ways such as food, video, storytelling, puppets and more.

Worship
Children are invited to participate in all aspects of worship helping as readers, communion assistants, drama music and dance.

Nursery
Available every Sunday from 9AM – 12:30PM for children under 3.

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS

Pioneer Clubs (starts again Fall 2008)
Wednesday evenings from 6:45 – 8:00pm October 3 through April 30.  Pioneer Clubs is a co-ed program for children 4 years old to grade 6.  Club meetings include Bible based activities in a cooperative, team-building environment.  Activities include games, crafts, drama, stories and snacks.  Badges are earned as units are completed.  We also have exciting special events including Pine Car Races, Campfire, and Kidnapped for Breakfast.

VACATION BIBLE CAMP 2008

SonWorld Adventure Park - Join us for... a thrilling ride with Jesus!
Vacation Bible Camp is offered two times in the summer for children ages 4 to grade 4.  Each camp is one week Monday thru Friday from 9:30am – 12:30pm.  Kids have a great time doing crafts, playing games, singing songs, enjoying snacks and learning from the Bible.
July 21-25 or August 18-22.

MUSIC AND DRAMA CAMP
Come and Explore!
Express through the Arts for children entering Grade 5- Grade 9.
July 14-17
afternoons monday -thursday 1-4pm
